Very nice listing. Boy, I'd sure want to grab it if I lived there and was in the market for a house. Having stayed there many times, I know how sound of structure it is, how lovely it is inside and out and how enjoyable it is to live in.
Wow Sofia is so talented! I used to play the piano also. She should keep it up she is very talented.
